Delete your
Ralko account.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Here's how to do it, what gets removed, and what stays — anonymized — as part of historical court averages.

Email us
From the email address associated with your Ralko account, send a message to support@getralko.com.

Use the right subject line
Set the subject to Delete my account so it lands in the right queue.

We confirm when it’s done
We'll process your request within 14 days and email you confirmation when your data has been removed.

Most requests complete within 48 hours. We'll email confirmation either way.

02What gets deleted

Everything tied to your identity is removed permanently:

×Account details — email, phone number, name, bio, skill level, play style preferences
×Match requests and any responses to them
×Direct messages between you and other players
×Favorites, stats, and badges tied to your account
×Profile photo and any uploaded images
×Push tokens so we stop sending you notifications
×Session tokens — you'll be signed out everywhere

03What is retained

One specific carve-out, in plain English:

+Check-in history, anonymized. On the app, check-ins have always fed the aggregate court status without being tied to your identity. After deletion, that internal association is also removed, so the data stays only as part of historical busyness averages.

We may also keep minimal records required by law — e.g. a record that “the account associated with this email was deleted on this date” — to honor your deletion request and prevent a banned account from being silently re-created.

04Before you go

Two quick alternatives, if deletion is heavier than what you actually want:

+Pause notifications — turn off match, message, and court status pushes from Settings → Notifications.
+Hide your name — keep playing under your auto-generated username from Profile → Display name.
+Block someone — if it's a specific player, blocking removes them from your matches and messages without affecting your account.
